VSA is inviting applications for the following position(s):

1. Assistant Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities
•  Develop a detailed action plan to raise the brand profile of VSA and support the strategic goals
   of the School
•  Plan and produce customized school brochures, newsletters, leaflets, yearbooks and other
   promotional materials
•  Initiate corporate communications projects with press and in website and social media creation
•  Organise corporate events and project to raise awareness of VSA’s success
•  Perform plan review to ensure targets and specifications will be met within the time frame
•  Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project in progress
•  Cultivate a positive approach towards the media, arrange media interviews, write press release
   and propose focus of promotion for advertisement
•  Compose, translate, edit and proof-read all school promotional materials
•  Review with Senior Management Team the crisis management procedures and be the spokesperson
   upon press enquiries
•  Maintain effective communications and good relationship with all stakeholders internally and
   the press and organizations externally for the School profile
•  Work on ad hoc projects or duties as assigned by the supervisor

•  Degree in Communications, Journalism, Language, Marketing or other related disciplines
•  At least 8 years' working experience in communications, prior contact with the media and
   knowledge on branding exercise preferred
•  Excellent command of oral and written Chinese and English
•  Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
•  Knowledge in Photoshop and Publisher would be an advantage
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently
•  Less experience will be considered as Communications Officer

2. Administrative Officer (UCO / Secondary Support)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistic support to University Counselors Office
•  Arrange and coordinate cover for absent teachers
•  Coordinate and assist in school events
•  Assist in ad-hoc duties and administrative work as assigned

A degree or an equivalent in Business Administration or related fields
•  Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
•  Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mindset
•  Minimum 5 years relevant office administration working experience, with school experience will be an
