1. PYP Technology & Innovation Coach
- Relevant degree, teacher qualification and experience
- Prefer one or more relevant certifications e.g. Apple Teacher, Apple Distinguished Educator, Google Certified Educator
- Evidence of recent professional development in educational technology
- An understanding of key learning theories and methods of instruction, and their relation to technology integration
- Experience working in 1:1 learning environments, including iPadOS, MacOS and ChromeOS
- Superior communication skills to work with teachers with a range of technological expertise
- Experience evaluating learning technology integration, using ISTE standards and SAMR

- A related degree, preferably a Masters or postgraduate degree in counselling, education or another related field
- Previous school experience in university guidance counselling and/or university admissions, preferably at least 5 years of experience in this area
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively
- Expertise with the university admissions process; previous success with admission to top universities worldwide, familiarity with applications in key destinations such as US, UK, Hong Kong, Canada, and Europe
- Proven familiarity with college and university networks
- Professional relationship with organizations like NACAC or International ACAC
- Working knowledge of university admissions online platforms

6. Social Emotional Counsellor
Key responsibilities:
1. School support
- Contribute to the school counselling programme, including but not limited to needs analysis, screening / early identification and referral of students with mental health needs and social, emotional and behavioural problems
- Provide consultation for staff and contribute to training for staff and parents on issues related to mental health and wellbeing
- Work with relevant community professionals and agencies as needed to support students
- Provide crisis management support as necessary
2. Preventative Programmes
- Develop and conduct psycho-educational sessions for students and parents on mental health issues
- Develop and make available mental health resources for students, parents and staff
3. Responsive Services
- Provide individual and group counselling to students
- Work with staff, parents and community professionals and other agencies regarding students in counselling
- Develop safety plans for individual students as necessary
- Liaise with the learning support departments on students with learning issues
- Provide direct crisis intervention and follow-up for students affected by critical incidents
The ideal candidate will have:
- A professional counselling qualification such as a Diploma or a Masters degree in Counselling or Social Work
- A minimum of two year's work experience in socio-emotional counselling with adolescents (ages 10 to 19). Previous school counselling experience and running wellbeing classes and a mentoring programme an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and persuasively
- Excellent English and Proficiency in Chinese (Putonghua and/or Cantonese Speaking)
7. MYP Science and DP Biology Teacher
- An undergraduate degree in Science with a significant focus on Biology
- A recognized teaching qualification
- A proven track record of teaching KS3 and KS4 or MYP general science up to 16 years (all sciences)
- A proven track record of teaching Biology to 17-18 years (IBDP preferred)
- Interest in teaching Sports, Exercise and Health Science

8. MYP Mathematics Teacher and Data Support
Key responsibilities:
As a Mathematics Teacher (50%):
- Teach 2–3 MYP Mathematics classes, using a range of effective instructional strategies and assessment methods
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student inquiry, perseverance, and reflective thinking
- Plan, teach, and assess using the IB framework and school planning documents
- Set clear learning objectives and maintain high expectations of student achievement
- Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate effectively with parents
- Contribute to the wider school community through homeroom responsibilities and After School Activities (ASAs)
As a Data Support (50%):
- Assist in managing and organizing school information using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
- Provide essential support during the annual creation and day-to-day adjustment of the school timetable, using the Edval software system
- Help manage student records within the school's Management Information System (ManageBac)
- Work with experienced staff to help prepare simple data reports to track student progress and support academic discussions
- Assist with the accurate input and maintenance of assessment data and student records in relevant platforms
- Connect with the IT team to resolve simple technical questions related to the timetable and data platforms
- Demonstrate a commitment to quickly learning and becoming proficient in specialised school systems, like Edval and ManageBac
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive student and staff information in compliance with school policies

- An undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a recognized teaching qualification

10. Teaching Assistant (Physical and Health Education) / Fitness Center Attendant
As a Teaching Assistant (Physical and Health Education)
- Assist PHE staff in lessons (such as helping lead simple activities, supervision of games, being assigned to work with individual or small groups of students who require extra support in physical education lessons, assisting with assessments, support in aquatic lessons)
- Set up and/or prepare equipment, and ensure PHE facilities and equipment are organised and well maintained
- Assist school’s sport teams in leagues of HKSSF and ISSFHK, and attend meetings as required
- Assist with the organisation of school swimming gala, Athletics Day and sports trips
- Accompany and lead students to participate in inter-school leagues as when required, occasionally weekends
- Promote overall school safety by supervising activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and reinforcing classroom and sporting rules
- Provide administrative support to the PHE Department
As a Fitness Center Attendant:
- Supervise users (students, colleagues and guests) to maintain a safe and positive atmosphere
- Routinely check facility areas to ensure machines and equipment are safe, tidy and working properly; report required repairs for prompt maintenance
- Enforce rules, regulations, protocols, and safety standards to prevent accidents and injuries
- Ensure regular cleaning is completed of all equipment, machines and the room.
- Work alongside PHE staff to assist in educating students and adults in proper equipment use, lifting form and protocols
- Act as a First Responder in the event of an injury and coordinate with the School Nurse, PHE and Administration with immediate care
- Perform the main role of PHE assistant, then fitness center duties secondary to that, as allocated according to timetable and working hours
Requirements:
- Tertiary education level, preferably in PHE or Recreational Management, Sports Science, Coaching or Sports Management
- Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor qualification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, PICP, IPTFA, or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
- Coaching qualifications in sports and physical activity preferred
- Experience working with children or conducting sporting/fitness programs for youth
- Knowledge of health, fitness, and athletic training principles, including safe equipment use and lifting techniques
- An understanding of the teaching/coaching of swimming
- Knowledge of the MYP PHE Curriculum an advantage
- Fluency in oral, written English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Sports development and coaching skills, and good presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, good collaboration with internal and external parties
- Strong organisational skills, able to group, compile and organise information for smooth running of various activities
