For the School Year 2025-26, VSA is inviting applications for the following position(s):
1. Educational Psychologist
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct appropriate psycho-educational assessments and provide recommendations and strategies for teachers and parents to support students both at school and home, including updating assessments for exam accommodations purposes and assisting in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Work with the Deputy Principal Student Support to coordinate ongoing psychological services and learning support initiatives across the school.
- Attend student referral meetings, Student Support Group meetings, and Head of Year meetings as required.
- Support the school-wide inclusion policy and its implementation, including providing input into learning enhancement (SEN) programmes and initiatives, social-emotional learning curricula, assisting in the early identification of students with social, emotional, learning and behavioural difficulties, help formulate response to intervention (RTI) strategies.
- Support and devise improvement plans for students at risk.
- Liaise with parents, administrators, teachers and external healthcare service providers regarding psycho-educational needs and support strategies.
- Coordinate/participate in regular review meetings of students and ensure effective communication of relevant information to colleagues.
- Assist with policy formation of relevant school policies.
- Stay informed about current practices and innovations in inclusive education and social-emotional well-being.
- Provide training and development for staff and parents on key areas of focus for the Primary and Secondary Student Support Groups.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Educational Psychology (Professional Practice) or equivalent; The candidate must be eligible for graduate membership of the local Psychological Society or equivalent. The Master's Degree in Educational Psychology (Professional Practice) obtained must be one which can prepare the candidate for independent professional work as an educational psychologist. Additional professional qualifications in education are highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant post-graduation experience, of which at least three should be as an educational psychologist and include solid experience in conducting psycho-educational assessments and providing interventions for primary to secondary school students.
- Experience in managing and counseling students for social and emotional needs is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, casework and group work skills.
- Ability to self-manage workflow and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Compassionate, student-centred and motivated team player.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

1. Administrative Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Teachers-in-charge overseeing the operation of the Secondary School After School Activities (ASA) and the whole school sports and non-sports teams
- Liaise and follow up with the various departments the process of sign-up, venue booking, fee collection and confirmation with parents
- Maintain and updates records of all the activities, including student lists, instructors/ coaches and organizations information
- Coordinate the logistics of whole school teams practices, performance and competitions
- Support school events during the academic year and performs any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in administration, business management or related field
- Experience in school administration an advantage
- Very strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

Requirements
- Relevant Degree or certification in science and familiar with basic primary science
- Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with students and staff
- Working experience in an educational setting is desirable
3. Administrative Officer (Student Support)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Deputy Principal (Student Support) and Deputy Principal (Student Life) with the University Counselling, Learning Enhancement, and Social Emotional Counselling Teams.
- Coordinate and assist in running school activities and annual events, including university visits and university fairs.
- Develop and maintain a contact database of university and industry connections.
- Facilitate interviews, assessments, and testing (e.g. PSAT, MAP) for students; manage reference requests for external school applications.
- Take part in careers events, parent and student events within school, including those which may take place after school hours
- Assist in the administration of the SAT on Saturdays, four times a year
- Publicize and promote resources, advice, and guidance available to students and parents.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties and administrative work as assigned
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
- An interest in working in the busy school environment and regularly engaging with Secondary students
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) is essential
- Strong communication and personal skills; high level of personal organisation and interpersonal communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment; ability to quickly adapt to new programmes and graphic design skills
- Knowledge and experience with the IB Diploma Programme is a significant asset
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience; previous experience working in schools will be considered an advantage
4. Library Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Supports students and teachers with library material check-outs
- Assists students in navigating library resources
- Helps maintain a quiet and welcoming library environment
- Contributes to creating library displays, and ensures the library space is organised and tidy
- Helps coordinate and manage library events and activities
- Handles cataloging and processing of new books and magazines
- Aids in selecting and ordering new library materials
- Maintains an accurate inventory of resources
- Performs simple repairs on damaged library books and materials
- Reports on monthly library borrowing statistics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder with a recognized Diploma in Library and Information Management or related discipline
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills
