1.Teaching Assistant (Physical and Health Education)
Key responsibilities:
- Assist PHE staff in lessons (such as helping lead simple activities, supervision of games, being assigned to work with individual or small groups of students who require extra support in physical education lessons, assisting with assessments, support in aquatic lessons)
- Set up and/or prepare equipment, and ensure PHE facilities and equipment are organised and well maintained
- Assist teams within the leagues of HKSSF and ISSFHK, and attend meetings as required
- Assist with the organisation of school swimming gala, Athletics Day and sports trips
- Lead/accompany students to participate in inter-school leagues as when required (sometimes on weekends)
- Contribute to overall school safety by supervising activities, making sure equipment is used correctly and that students follow classroom rules
- Provide administrative support to the PHE Department
Requirements:
- Tertiary education level, preferably in PHE or Recreational Management
- Current first aid certificate
- Coaching qualifications in areas of sports and physical activity preferred
- Experience of working with children and/or providing sporting activities to children
- A knowledge of health and fitness related activities
- An understanding of the teaching/coaching of swimming
- Knowledge of the MYP PHE Curriculum
- Fluency in oral, written English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Sports development and coaching skills, and good presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, good collaboration with internal and external parties
- Strong organisational skills, able to group, compile and organise information for smooth running of various activities
2.Shadow (Support) Teacher (expression of interest)
- To provide direct support for individual students by adapting or modifying the curriculum and assessment
- To work with students individually or in small groups to focus on academic or learning needs of students either within the classroom or outside for specific skill development
- To support upper school students with executive functioning skill development
- Previous experience and training in special education preferred
- Familiarity with IB MYP/DP
3. Supply Teachers

1. Technology and Innovation Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an inventory system for all tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring items are readily available and in optimal condition (e.g. Laser Cutter, 3D printer, materials for creation)
- Maintain, repair, and set up equipment for use in classrooms, clubs, workshops, and other learning environments
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of STEM and Robotics clubs, workshops, competitions, and other extracurricular activities
- Support TI Coaches with occasional weekend competitions, outside of normal school hours
- Assist staff in developing appropriate resources and support for teaching and learning, on occasion co-leading a lesson
- Take responsibility for classroom instruction with the presence of a teacher
- Continuously stay up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and best practices in the fields of technology and innovation, and share knowledge with colleagues and students
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of technology and innovation spaces, including enforcing safety protocols, performing routine inspections, and organizing and cleaning workspaces
Requirements:
- Familiar with basic level coding, 2D design and 3D modelling such as CAD
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A passion for technology, innovation, and inspiring others to learn and explore new ideas
- Able to understand and translate Chinese in order to communicate with the local community, with regards to contests and competitions
- Familiar with the philosophy and principles of the IB PYP & MYP Design
2. Student Support Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Working to support the Secondary Student Support and Student Life teams and across year groups on project teams to help meet the groups and school’s strategic objectives
- Coordinating and assisting in running school events, including university fairs and visits, a careers fair and careers events, parent and student events, supporting administratively with flexible non-academic lesson programme implementation and administration for summer support and school trips
- Supporting the work of the Deputy Principal Student Support for the University Counselling, Learning Enhancement, and Social Emotional Counselling Teams and for the Deputy Principal Student Life, including assistance in translation in Cantonese and Mandarin in meetings where needed
- Maintaining a contact database of university and industry contacts
- Collating resources for publicising and promoting activities and events to students in the school, and for parents
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties and administrative work as assigned

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree
- An interest in working in the busy school environment and regularly engaging with Secondary students
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) is essential
- Strong communication and personal skills; high level of personal organisation and interpersonal communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment; ability to quickly adapt to new programmes and graphic design skills
- Knowledge and experience with the IB Diploma Programme is a significant asset
