VSA is inviting applications for the following position(s):

1. Admissions and Scholarships Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the recruitment, screening and admission of secondary students and manage the admissions process.
• Arrange admissions testing as required and liaise directly with staff and pupils regarding visits to the School by prospective parents.
• Work with the Communication Manager on all marketing communications, campaigns, including internal and external communications related to admissions.
• Manage the school's scholarship programme.

• Bachelor degree in Education, administration, business management or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in admissions, staff supervision, communications, strategic planning and data analysis, preferably in a school context would be an asset.
• Experience in managing a school-based scholarship programme.
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). 

2. Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide appropriate first aid and nursing care to students and staff
• Monitor and maintain first aid supplies for the medical room
• Maintain and update students’ health record 
• Arrange insurance claim for students and follow up sick/injured students’ condition
• Alert Principals, teachers and parents of any contiguous cases in school and provide information for precautions

• At least 5 years nursing experience, preferably with school experience
• Holder of valid Practicing Certificate from the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Pleasant, patient and caring personality
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

3. Programmer

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and enhancement of the in-house application systems
• Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements
• Maintain documentation for systems configuration, implementation, operation and maintenance
• Provide technical support and maintenance of application systems
• Any other tasks as requested by IT Manager and/or Senior Management team

Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines
• Minimum two years hands-on programming experience in PHP/MySQL
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Programme

Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
