Y11 Economics & Business Students Won Championship at CityU’s “Youth Entrepreneur Challenge 2018”

Posted on: Monday 21 May 2018

VSA Year 11 economics and business students took part in the second Youth Entrepreneur Challenge, a business proposal writing competition organised by College of Business at City University of Hong Kong for secondary school students to sharpen their entrepreneurial skills.

Of all the participating teams, the judging panel awarded both the Championship and the Best Analysis Award to one of the VSA teams with their proposal "Valiant Independent" based on their data analysis, creativity and written skills. “Valiant Independent” sunglasses allows the visually-impaired to travel abroad independently without special tour guides or other support, and is an idea inspired by the students’ previous CAS trips experience as tour guide for the visually impaired.

We are also very proud of the other VSA team that was awarded Merit for their outstanding work. Congratulations!
